The impact of grief and trauma doesn’t just go away because time has passed. If the hard things that happen to us are not processed or “unstacked” they build up over time and begin to influence our actions and beliefs.
It’s called the Grief Tower, but all types of experiences contribute to the building of the tower. Blocks like difficult family dynamics, unhealthy coping, losses, and traumas all contribute to the tower, and all need to be worked through methodically.
The Grief Tower Method has been used by hundreds of practitioners to help people find healing by looking at how their history of grief and trauma has impacted their present life. When we can help clients see how their past has negatively impacted their present, they are empowered to live into the strengths that came from hardship and move away from the pieces that are harmful to them and their relationships.
