Processing Current Grief

Sale Price:$25.00 Original Price:$35.00
sale

Deep processing of past “blocks” shouldn’t be done when you’ve experienced a recent, intense grief-inducing experience. Instead, it’s important to learn the balance of coping and processing so that you can grieve in healthy ways without pushing yourself to process more than you are currently able.

This workshop is for those who:

  • Have had a recent grief-inducing experience (death, lost job, a difficult move, a diagnosis)

  • Struggle to understand what it means to “feel and process the emotions.”

  • Desire to learn the balance of coping to survive while slowing allowing space for emotional processing

It is NOT recommended for anyone experiencing thoughts of suicide or thoughts of harm to self or others of any kind.

This workshop is NOT therapy and should not be a substitute for mental health services.
