This interactive workshop is for those of you who:
Desire to process past hurtful or hard experiences
Desire to understand how your past is impacting your present
Desire to prevent or recover from a crashed Grief Tower (c-PTSD)
The workshop will:
Introduce you to the Unstacking Method
Interactively introduce you to the Unstacking process
Give instructions for creating your own Grief Tower Timeline
This workshop is NOT intended for anyone currently experiencing intense or severe physical or emotional responses to grief or trauma.
It is NOT recommended for anyone experiencing thoughts of suicide or thoughts of harm to self or others of any kind.
This workshop is NOT therapy and should not be a substitute for mental health services.
